Leading benefits program design and administration for the total company, including health and welfare, retirement, and wellness programs that support 2,500 stores, distribution centers, corporate and buying offices. Building programs that scale with our continuing growth is a key area of focus, and my highly productive team is part of enabling that growth through efficient use of technology and leveraging key partnerships. My current P&L responsibility is ~$150MM and includes US domestic as well as international support for operations in select countries. Led the development and implementation of a $70MM investment in Store Manager pay that resulted in increased engagement and significant reductions in turnover of this key position.
